About Me
Hello there! I'm Amanda Hart, but my friends call me Mandy, and let me tell you, I absolutely adore doodling! Especially in the past few years, with everything going on in the world, I've had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself even more in my art.
Something interesting happened during this time, though. Many of my dear friends, who happen to be parents, expressed the need for a little break from keeping their kids engaged. And you know what? I just love engaging with kids! Being a very hands-on auntie, it's always been my joy to spend time with them and inspire their creativity.
So, it hit me! Why not combine my passion for drawing with the idea of play? That's when this marvelous fusion of art and play was born, bringing us to where we are today.
Drawing has always held a special place in my heart. It's not just a hobby for me; it's a deep-rooted passion. And when I discovered the opportunity to bring together my love for kids and the magic of art through Zoom, I couldn't contain my excitement!
In this unique Zoom setting, we can create a safe and socially-distanced experience that explores the endless boundaries of creativity and imagination. Together, we'll embark on an artistic journey where kids can learn to express themselves, connect with others, and have an absolute blast!

Welcome
Thank you so much for your interest in “Doodles with Mandy”.
I’m excited to embark on this virtual journey with your kiddos exploring shapes, colors, favorite characters and the expansion of our imaginations through original drawings and doodles.
This class instruction is appropriate for 5 to 9 year olds. We create doodles using basic shapes, the alphabet and numbers. I will be opening up to older ages as interest grows.
For class participation your child will need:
- paper or sketchbook
- colored pencils, crayons and/or fine point markers
Class participation guidelines:
- We have positive attitudes! There are no “mistakes” in creating art!
- We cheer each other on!
- We have fun!
Class schedule:
- Sessions are 60 minutes. Please have your child join on time so they can enjoy the benefits of the opening minutes. The first 5 minutes of class will be a meet and greet for the kids to get to know each other, followed by a presentation of the theme of the session. Sessions are closed at the 10 minute mark. Latecomers will receive a Zoom recording of the scheduled class within 24 hours.
- Winter Sessions are currently Thursdays 4-5pm EST and Saturdays 3-4pm EST ** Saturday sessions are currently twice per month.
- Sessions may be added as interest and attendance increases.

Class cost:
- Group Sessions are $15 per kiddo and $10 for additional siblings.
- Classes are limited in size (6-8 max) to allow for time to be spent with each child.
- Class package deals are available, please inquire.
- Private Sessions are available at $55 per child for kiddos who work best in one-on-one settings.
- Class themes are personally tailored to your child's interests and or /school curriculum.
- Please send notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will receive a credit to a future class.

- Payments can be sent via Cash App, Pay Pal, Venmo or Zelle. (please be sure to include your child’s first name in the notes and session day & time they will be attending). Details will be sent via email.
